Father’s Day brought a little extra energy to Kingsway City, as more than 25 retailers came together to celebrate the dads, grandads and father figures who mean so much to our community.
Through Hats Off to Dad, families were invited to join in the celebrations while they shopped, explored the centre and enjoyed a little Father’s Day fun along the way.
At the heart of the celebration were our “Epic Dad Hampers”, made possible through the
generous support of retailers across Kingsway City, including Woolworths, Priceline, Big W,
Goodlife Health Clubs, Bendigo Bank, Red Rooster, Grill’d and many more. Together, they helped
us make three lucky dads very happy this Father’s Day.
Customers could enter simply by scanning the QR codes located throughout the centre and
uploading their receipt, with almost 500 entries received from the community.
The Hats Off to Dad photo wall added another special touch, giving families the opportunity to
stop, take a photo and capture a moment together. It became a simple way for customers to be
part of the celebrations and share their own Father’s Day moments.
For our retailers, it was an opportunity to come together behind one shared idea and connect
with customers in a different way. For our community, it was a chance to participate, discover
more of what Kingsway City has to offer and celebrate the people who do so much for their
families.
More than just a giveaway, Hats Off to Dad was about bringing people together and creating a
moment of connection between our centre, our retailers and the community we’re proud to be
part of.
